Returns & Exchanges

  • Refunds and exchanges must be requested within 2 weeks of purchase or 2 weeks after receiving order if shipped.  Please submit request to with reason, proof of purchase and pictures if product is damaged.  If product is damaged, please keep packaging for proof to carrier.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs.  All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment minus shipping costs.

  • Defective and damaged products are eligible for exchange only.

  • No returns on sage, palo santo, essential oils, soaps, candles, fan club pins and sale items unless item is damaged.

  • If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using tracking or purchasing insurance.  We are not responsible for lost packages.
