Gemstone Mala

"Mala" most commonly refers to a string of 108 beads (traditionally with a guru bead) used in Hinduism and Buddhism to count mantra repetitions during meditation. Originating from Sanskrit, meaning "garland," these prayer beads help focus the mind, foster mindfulness, and are often worn to carry a sense of peace.
